To buy a real estate with ground, the foreigners must create a Bulgarian company, this being only one simple formality
but obligatory (a law was deposited to remove this obligation but was not voted yet).
The creation of a company costs 500 Euro in administrative and different expenses (inscription, fees of lawyer, taxes,
etc.) and requires the deposit of a sum (the capital) of 5.000 BGN (approximately 2.560 Euro) on a bank account in
the name of this company.
This sum of 5.000 BGN could be recovered after the creation of this company to supplement the sum necessary for the
purchase of the real estate, for example.
The time of creation of this company is currently of a month from the deposit of the capital. It is not necessary to
create a company to buy a real estate without ground, for example, an apartment, a garage, etc.
